Dementia remedies,putting everyone together,in a measured room,is only asking for chaos.Let's look at how architects design the buildings that will eventually house those people.The basic formula gets down to how many people and how many rooms.The size and the space and the materials.The colours and furnishings come in at the end.Before moving prospective dementia clients into this beautifully designed Cocoon,I would trial it with staff members sleeping over night and living there day to day as a way of ironing out potential problems and faults.Don't think you have to inhabit the building immediately with paying guests,to start recouping you outlay, this could be a recipe for disaster.Design is everything...............much the same ideas as previous,just found this original draft,about to delete it ....maybe i can blend the two together.
