Head and Heart

When we do things for the sake of convenience, it always has a way of showing us that walking that extra mile or two can really bring to us to a point of peace .It's like you go into a convenience store.....what you get in there is not really what you want, but you are willing to buy something close to what you want.I've made a few lifestyle choices for the sake of convenience and I have had the realization that convenience is really about not honouring yourself .When you go out of your way into a method of inconvenience then you will find yourself following your heart rather than your mind!Convenience is mind stuff. Inconvenience is heart stuff.Why would it be otherwise, the mind thrives on the habits of convenience, the known, the container and retainer of our stuff. the mind has everything on hand, it doesn't have to search far for outcomes. The heart seeks no answers. It already knows.
