The observatory deep in the heart of Warsaw old town is today handing out free smile detection kits.They are very simple to use and give accurate readings of smiles accumulated over the last 24 hour period.All of this information is uploaded on to the national data base ,these results are crossed checked with the Polish National Weather Center and may confirm reports that a decrease in the number of smiles per head of population is consistent with temperatures below minus 16 c.Hillary Clinton,Secretary of State of the USA is considering sending in an Envoy of comics, comedians and Roller coaster flight attendants, headed by Jerry Seinfeld in an effort to stop the falling smile rate in Poland.The current exchange rate of the smile currency is in decline,and this will be a last ditched effort by Jerry to prop up the smiles.The Government is concerned that a lack of smiles may lead to similar type protests as seen in much of the colder style European Countries.Stories are emerging that people are really tired of not smiling and are determined to have something to smile about.
